Certificate And Emailing Templates
Certificate and emailing templates are created and displayed in the Templates module. Emailing templates are used when sending emails and certificate templates can be used when creating certificates. The system does come with already-made templates, which are stored in the library tab under the templates module, which you can use when necessary. You can edit the templates you get from the library to meet your preferences.
The Certificate Templates

All available certificate templates that have been set up or created from the library are displayed on the Certificate main page. To set up a certificate template, click on the Options button. There are two options available in the dropdown:
- To create a new template: you will have to create your own without editing an existing one.
- To create from the library: creating from the library means that you will use a certificate template already created, customising it per your preferences, and make it your own.

Capturing Certificate Templates into The System
Click on the “Create New” button on the Options dropdown to open the page where you will create the template. You have to capture the following data fields.
- Name: the name of the certificate template
- Template type: specify that it is a certificate template.
- Content: the template body details
- Orientation: there are three orientation types:
- None
- Portrait
- landscape
Supported wildcards you can use are displayed at the top on the template page.
Once all the data has been captured, click on the “Submit” button to save the certificate template.

When creating the certificate template from the library. You have to select the template to use from the library, click on the “Use” button, and the template will be opened, then you can customise it by making your changes. Once all changes have been made, you can submit, and they will be saved under your templates.
The Email Template

- Name: the name of the certificate template
- Template type: specify that it is an email template.
- Content: the template body details
- Trigger type: email templates can be created per trigger type. The trigger types available will be selected from the dropdown options menu.
Supported wildcards that you can use are displayed.
Once all the data has been captured, click on the “Submit” button to save the certificate template.

All created email templates are displayed on the “Emailing” main page. The data field columns available on this page consist of:
- Name: the template name
- Type: the template type
- Update: the time at which the template was created or updated.
- Options: under the Options dropdown, you can choose to “edit” the email or “preview” the email template created.

When creating the email template from the library. All the templates that come or were created and stored in the system by the developers are stored under the "library templates" tab. You can use the templates and customise them to make your own templates.

All templates created under this “Create tab” will be displayed on their respective template tab types. For example, here you can create emailing, results, and certificate templates by just updating the template type section when creating.
