Manage Organisation Accounts And The Organisation System Users Accounts
You can manage the Organisation’s account and its sub-accounts from the Account module.
The Organisation Account
Viewing and Managing The Organisation Account Details
To view the organisation's account details, navigate to the Account module.
Details displayed on the organisation tab consist of:
- Examinations: the number of examinations created within the organisation
- People: the number of people within the organisation
- Status: the status of the organisation’s account
- Created by: the name of the individual who created the organisation Lucid Exams platform account
- Email: the email address used to create the account
- Date created: the date on which the account was created

Adding The Organisation System Users into The System
You can create sub-accounts for other users to use the system. To add a system user, click on the “Add” button and start capturing.
ADDING/CREATING SYSTEM USER PROFILE
Other co-account system users are also displayed under the account module. You have the option to add the user. Details that you need to capture when adding a system user to the organisation’s account consist of:
- First name: the first name of the user
- Last name: the last name of the user
- Username: the username used by the system user being added to the system
- Email added: the email address of the individual being added to the system.
- Role: the role of the user profile being created. There is a dropdown, with a list of available roles to choose from.
Once all the fields have been captured, click on the “Create User” button to save the account.
If you decide not to create, use the BACK TO LIST navigation button to go back to the main page.
The Organisation System Users Display Page
The Organisation System Users Display Main Page
The sub-account profiles that have been captured, there are displayed on the “Users” main page. The data fields available on this page consist of:
- Username: the email address of the system user
- Access level: the role of the system user
- Email address: the email address of the system user
- Date created: the date on which the account profile was created.
- Active? The status of the system user profile. an indication if the user account is active or inactive.
- Options: there is a dropdown with two options:
- Edit: the option to update the user account details
- Deactivate/activate: the option to deactivate an active account and activate a deactivated account.
Updating The Organisation System User Details
Editing Of The Organisation System User Account/ Profile Details
When editing the system user details, you can update the following data fields:
- Username: the email address of the system user
- Email: the email address of the system user.
Once the changes have been made, click on the “Update user” button and save the changes.
You can use the “Back to list” navigation button to navigate back to the Users main page.
