Lucid Exams is a product of Lucidity training. Lucidity is a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) platform that enables training providers to create, market, sell, and deliver online courses. It also gives private companies that want to pursue a training program for employees, members, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders a platform to impart knowledge and grow as a team.

Lucid Exams is an end-to-end online examination solution with all the "bells and whistles." It provides complete exam solutions, including exam setup, excellent proctoring, communication, surveys, assessments, and certification.

With transparency in online exams, you can identify and discourage academic dishonesty during remote assessments. We have integrated artificial intelligence to recognise unusual movements, sounds, and behaviours to help you maintain the integrity of your examinations.

The Functionality of the Lucid Exams System

System Functionality


A user starts the process by logging into the system using a valid username and password combination. A new user must first be registered to obtain access to the system.

Users with administrative privileges reserve the exclusive right to register new system users. A system administrative account is provided by the system designers to register all kinds of administrators and other system users, enabling the administrators to access exclusive privileges per their admin roles (admin or super admin), such as registering new users with either the normal user or administrative privileges.

During user registration, all users are issued with unique username and password combinations as well as a specific user type. This combination is then used by the registered user to access the system resources that fall under their privilege level.

A user gains access to the system resources after a username and password combination has been verified as accurate, after which they are redirected to the homepage. Therefore, once a user is logged into the system, they can access all system resources available to them based on their privilege level(s).

Once logged into the system, the user can create, manipulate, and truncate records. However, the amount of manipulation that a user can perform with regard to the records is dependent on user privilege levels, as explained above.
