Examination Admin, Results and Reports

When using a screen capture surveillance method, the entire computer screen being used for the test can be recorded while it is being done, or a screenshot can be taken at regular intervals and saved as a picture.

You can specify this in the monitoring section of the pertinent exam settings in the Task Editor if you want the screens of the individuals taking your exam to be recorded while they are taking it.

A prompt that requests the candidate to share the full screen of his or her computer before the exam begins is presented to the candidate who wants to take a screen-monitored exam.

Invigilators can watch all videos and pictures taken while the exam is being administered simultaneously (live), or they can access the pertinent files after the exam is over in the monitoring section of the exam report.

All of the monitoring media materials (videos and images) are immediately uploaded from the client to cloud storage services - without the use of an intermediary. Because of this, we hardly ever run into node failures while uploading media for the monitoring/proctoring workflow.

The number of candidates one administrator (exam invigilator) can proctor concurrently depends on the administrator's computer hardware, network bandwidth, and network speed. We always advise separating candidates into small groups because of this. As long as you have enough proctors, you can do this to proctor any number of concurrent tests.

The export file settings options allow you to export all results into a CSV, JSON or an excel file. For detailed results, you can choose the data that you want to be included in the report using the export manager settings.

Each test's questions and provided answers can be exported for your convenience.

A candidate’s examination video can indeed be saved into the system. You can later, after the examination navigate to the exams report section, look for the candidate, then download the examination video.

Taking Exams

Many exam-related records (exam logs, camera recordings, screen recordings, etc.) are stored on the cloud during the exam if security precautions are enabled. As a result, before you begin the exams, the online exam system verifies that you have access to the cloud internet.

If you are unable to complete this stage, it indicates that your internet network does not support cloud access.

We store all of our clients' data in our database. To ensure that our clients’ data is not merged, but total separated, we make sure that each client has its own folder where its data is kept. System users can only query data in an organisation’s folder that belongs to their organisation after a successful authentication. Failure to authenticate, the system users will not have access to the folder.
